Advanced Digital Marketing: SEO, Content & Multi-Channel Growth
Turn strategy and marketing intelligence into more sophisticated digital execution. Over five practical days, learners audit how the organisation is using content, search, its website, paid advertising and multiple marketing channels, then design a more connected growth approach built around customer intent, measurable objectives and commercial priorities.
When the Strategy Is Clear but Digital Execution Is Still Fragmented
Organisations can have a clear marketing strategy and plenty of data but still struggle to turn that understanding into effective implementation. Content becomes disconnected from search, the website fails to support campaigns, paid advertising runs separately from organic activity and every channel appears to have its own plan. Package 3 focuses on fixing that execution gap.
Content is being produced regularly, but there is no clear role for it in the customer journey.
Audit content against customer intent.
Learners review existing content, identify gaps, create purposeful content pillars and determine what should educate, build trust, support conversion or retain customers.
The website exists but is difficult to find, poorly structured for search or weak at turning visitors into action.
Diagnose visibility and conversion together.
Learners examine search intent, keywords, page structure, on-page SEO, local visibility, internal linking and the customer journey through the website.
Paid advertising is running, but spend is increased before the underlying campaign journey has been properly challenged.
Review the entire paid campaign system.
Audience, objective, creative, offer, landing page, conversion, cost and follow-up are reviewed together so advertising is not treated as an isolated activity.
SEO, social media, email, paid advertising and the website all operate as separate marketing activities.
Design one multi-channel customer journey.
Learners examine how channels can support each other rather than competing for attention, budget and internal resources.
Campaigns launch quickly but there is limited structure around testing, optimisation and deciding when something should change.
Build optimisation into the campaign before launch.
Learners establish objectives, measurement points, tests, review stages and decision criteria so optimisation becomes part of the plan rather than a reaction to poor results.
AI is making content creation faster, but there is a risk that it simply accelerates weak marketing.
Use AI to improve the workflow, not replace the strategy.
Learners identify where AI can support research, ideation, repurposing, optimisation, analysis and testing while maintaining brand controls, accuracy, privacy and human oversight.
Move from Knowing What Should Happen to Designing How It Will Happen
Package 1 establishes the marketing strategy. Package 2 examines the evidence. Package 3 is where those decisions are translated into more sophisticated digital execution.
Learners examine the organisation's existing content, website, search visibility, paid activity and channel structure rather than starting with a blank campaign template.
They are encouraged to diagnose what already exists, question whether it supports the customer journey and determine how digital activity should work together.
SEO is therefore not treated as a separate technical exercise. Content is not treated as simply filling a social media calendar. Paid advertising is not treated as simply buying reach.
Each becomes part of one wider commercial marketing system.
Audit. Design. Integrate. Test. Optimise.
The learner works through the five days as an internal digital consultant, examining what currently exists before recommending where digital activity should go next.

Design

Optimise
Use evidence and appropriate AI support to improve content, campaigns, workflows and channel performance over time.
From Content and Search Through to Joined-Up Multi-Channel Growth
Each day tackles a major part of digital implementation, while keeping the focus on how that activity contributes to the customer's overall journey and the organisation's commercial objectives.

Review Digital Marketing as a Connected System
Each area has its own methods and measures, but the programme continually brings the learner back to how they work together.
Content
What information does the customer need, when do they need it and what role should content play in moving them forward?
SEO
What is the customer searching for and does the organisation have relevant, structured and useful content that deserves visibility?
Website
Once somebody arrives, is the experience clear, credible, accessible and designed around an appropriate next action?
Paid Media
Is the organisation buying attention that leads into a strong customer journey, or simply paying to increase traffic?
Multi-Channel
How do search, social, content, website, email, CRM and paid activity work together rather than operating as separate campaigns?
Better Digital Execution Without Simply Adding More Activity
The aim is to improve how existing channels, content and investment work together rather than encouraging the organisation to continually add more platforms and campaigns.
Stronger Search Visibility
Identify realistic SEO improvements based on search intent, website structure, content and customer needs.
More Purposeful Content
Move away from filling a content calendar and build content around customer questions, journeys and business objectives.
Better Paid Decisions
Improve how audiences, creative, landing pages, conversion and commercial measures are considered before additional budget is committed.
Joined-Up Campaigns
Build campaigns where different channels perform clear roles within the same customer journey.
Better Use of AI
Use AI to improve research, production, analysis and workflows without removing the strategic thinking, verification and controls needed around it.
Clearer Implementation
Leave with a prioritised growth plan identifying what should be implemented, tested, optimised, scaled or stopped.
Develop Someone Who Can Design the Digital Approach — Not Just Operate the Channels

Question paid advertising decisions using audience, creative, conversion and commercial evidence.
Build more sophisticated multi-channel campaigns where individual channels support one another.
Use AI as part of a controlled marketing workflow rather than treating AI-generated output as the finished work.

Clearer recommendations for where digital resource and budget should be concentrated.
A 90-day content plan built around customer intent and commercial priorities.
A stronger framework for paid advertising and campaign optimisation.
A multi-channel campaign architecture showing how different activities should connect.

Advanced Multi-Channel Marketing Growth Plan
Throughout the five days, learners progressively review the organisation's digital marketing and convert their findings into an implementation-focused growth plan.
It is designed to show not simply what digital marketing could be done, but what should be prioritised, how the channels should connect, what needs testing and what evidence should determine the next decision.
Designed for People Ready to Move Beyond Marketing Foundations into Advanced Digital Implementation
This is the advanced package within the commercial Marketing suite. It works best where the learner already understands core marketing principles and now needs to improve how the organisation implements digital activity across several channels.

Is this suitable for somebody new to marketing?
Package 3 is designed as an advanced programme and assumes the learner already has some understanding of marketing principles and digital activity. Someone who needs the strategic foundations first would normally be better suited to Package 1.
Is this mainly an SEO course?
No. SEO is one substantial part of the programme, but it is taught alongside content, website improvement, paid advertising, multi-channel campaign planning, AI-supported workflows and optimisation.
Does it cover paid advertising?
Yes. Learners examine paid search and paid social principles together with objectives, audience, creative, offer, landing pages, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion, CPA, ROAS, retargeting, testing and decisions about when spend should be adjusted or stopped.
Does the programme include AI?
Yes. AI is used as part of the wider marketing workflow for areas such as research, ideation, content variations, repurposing, SEO support, analysis and reporting. The programme also considers accuracy, copyright, privacy, bias, brand controls and human oversight.
How is this different from Package 2?
Package 2 focuses on marketing intelligence: customer journeys, analytics, CRM, commercial performance and understanding what the evidence is telling the organisation. Package 3 moves into advanced implementation across SEO, content, paid marketing and multiple connected channels.
Does the learner have to use every marketing channel?
No. A key part of the programme is deciding which channels actually have a role within the strategy. The aim is not to increase the number of platforms being used unnecessarily.
What does the learner produce?
The learner develops an Advanced Multi-Channel Marketing Growth Plan containing a digital audit, SEO plan, website improvements, 90-day content plan, channel strategy, paid advertising framework, campaign architecture, measurement plan, AI workflow improvements and implementation priorities.
What is Package 4?
Package 4 is the Complete Marketing Growth Programme: Strategy to ROI. It combines Packages 1, 2 and 3 into one 13-day commercial development pathway covering strategy, customers, marketing intelligence, CRM, analytics, SEO, content, paid activity, multi-channel implementation and commercial performance.
How much does Package 3 cost?
The five-day Advanced Digital Marketing programme costs £1,750 per person.
We Do Not Start by Adding Another Channel
Audit Before Adding
Learners review what already exists and identify where activity is strong, fragmented or unnecessary before recommending more digital activity.
Connect the Channels
SEO, content, website, paid activity, social, email and CRM are considered as parts of one customer journey rather than separate marketing disciplines.
Implementation with Evidence
The learner leaves with a practical growth plan showing what should be implemented, measured, tested, optimised and prioritised next.
Develop Someone Who Can Look Across Your Digital Marketing and Decide How It Should Work Together
Over five practical days, learners review your content, website, SEO, paid advertising and channel structure, then turn those findings into an Advanced Multi-Channel Marketing Growth Plan with clear implementation, testing and optimisation priorities.
