Alongside leading Qualia Academy, Kirsty served for six years as the North East & Yorkshire Regional Stakeholder Lead for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), was headhunted to serve as a Co-opted Non-Executive Director for the National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF), and currently holds governance roles as Chair of Cloverleaf Advocacy, Chair of Carers Count and Trustee of The Rees Foundation. Combined with her doctoral research at the University of Huddersfield and engagement with organisations such as NatWest and the University of Huddersfield, Kirsty brings together academic insight, strategic leadership, governance expertise and practical employer experience to help organisations unlock talent, strengthen workforce capability, create measurable social value and deliver sustainable business growth.
