The course will cover the importance of flexible seating arrangements and ergonomic furniture that cater to diverse needs, promoting comfort and productivity. Additionally, attendees will explore methods for structuring workflows and tasks to accommodate different cognitive styles, such as breaking down assignments into manageable steps and providing clear, written instructions.
Flexible work arrangements will also be addressed, emphasising the value of remote work options and adaptable scheduling that allow individuals with neurodiversity to optimise their work-life balance.
