The detail

The Senior Leader Apprenticeship spans 24 months, during which they will participate in various modules and learning experiences designed to equip them with the essential competencies of a Senior Leader. Towards the end of the programme, they will undergo a rigorous end-point assessment, with an external body, to assess their overall development and readiness to lead effectively. By successfully completing the assessment, they will demonstrate their capability as a skilled and influential leader, prepared to drive organisational success and deliver positive outcomes
