What is Anti-Bullying Week? 

Anti-Bullying Week is a national campaign in the UK, established by the Anti-Bullying Alliance (ABA). Its purpose is to raise awareness about bullying and encourage young people, educators, and parents to speak out against it. Each year, the campaign focuses on a specific theme to spark discussions about bullying and its impact on individuals. 

In 2024, the theme is “United Against Bullying,” which highlights the importance of solidarity and collaboration in tackling this serious issue. This year’s message reminds us that by working together, we can create a world where everyone feels safe and valued, regardless of their differences. 

Understanding Bullying 

Bullying can take various forms, and it is crucial to understand these different types to effectively address the problem. Here are some common forms of bullying: 

Physical Bullying:

Social Bullying:

It can include sending threatening messages, spreading false information, or sharing embarrassing photos without consent. 

The Impact of Bullying
