Pearson BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (RQF)

Our up to 12 month Pearson BTEC Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership (RQF) is run via online access and remote attendance to 6 delivery sessions.

You will learn about how to hone your skills and become a more strategic Mamager, with the optional unit either being focused on Entrepreneurship or Strategic Marketing.

This Course is on a roll on roll off basis

Small, focused groups. Delivered by either trainers who have Doctorates or PhD candidates with commercial experience.

Skills you will get

The Leadership Excellence Programme is tailored for Senior Leaders in diverse industries, including public, private, and third sectors. Over the course of 6 days, spread across 12 months, you will engage in interactive and engaging learning experiences that cover a range of subject-specific units. Each day will be dedicated to one unit, enabling you to delve deep into essential leadership competencies.

Inclusive of:

Knowledge of key theories, concepts and models of leadership plus management
Knowledge of the practice and reflection of own practice
Understanding Organisational Change
Development of skills and behaviours as a leader plus manager
Knowledge of strategic change management
Perspectives and theories of change management
Practical skills and reflection throughout the change management process

Along with the optional unit of either entrepreneurship or strategic marketing.
